ALP Employee Rewards is all about showing some love for our awesome team! We’ve got a bunch of cool rewards and perks to keep everyone motivated and make our workplace a fun place be. With shout-outs from peers and rewards based on performance, we want to make sure every effort gets the recognition it deserves. Let’s celebrate each other and keep that team spirit high!
Employee Rewards
As an ALP employee for every friend or family member referred to ALP that is assigned to an ALP job, and complete a 40 hour week, you will receive a $25.00 gift card that week.
If you refer ALP to a customer for the temporary staffing needs and ALP is able to place workers with that customer you will receive a $50.00 gift card once the customer is billed.
